1. chilli dog stand and a movie
2. out to a club
3. red lobster and a movie
4. Steak and Shake and then go carts
5. take her out to the lake and have Pizza by candle light before or after a movie

Don't take her to the club.
A club is a place you go to get drunk and find some tail. Not a place you go on a date.
secondly The lake and pizza by candle light, I think would be too mushy if this is just a first date (or real early in the relationship) Save that idea for if the relationship gets serious.
As far as the dinner and movie thing... I say it depends on what kind of movie you are going to see.
If you are going to see a "chick flick," take her to Red Lobster. (also you need to make sure she doesn't have a food allergy where she could die if she has seafood...)
If you are going to see action/comedy/horror go to the chili dog stand.
Lastly comes the Steak-n-shake and go-karts. This is a great idea, ONLY if she is that kind of girl that would find go karts amusing. If she is a "Upperclass" girl then don't do the go karts.
That's my two cents.

Alright just got back home! the date was good... went to Red Lobster watched Elizabethtown then went horse back riding then camped out on the lake in the back of my truck watched the sun come up then we went to Purdue and hit up a few party, came back dropped her off and here I am!
