no doubt, I know how that is. I'm pretty happy with where i'm at considering i only have a high school deploma and 25. I think once i get the chance to get into college I can do alot better than what i am now.

No doubt, that sounds sweet.:YEAH I've been at this job since the company opened 3 years ago. I have tried to talk the owner into sending me to school to learn more CAD and CNC operations. He wont do it, i guess he's afraid that once I get certified at what i do then he wont be able to afford to keep me around. But I try to tell him as long as he treats me right and gives me the opertunities to grow with the company I'm not worried about making 25-30 an hr right now. I think he's still scared to do it though. So it looks like I'm goin to have to pay for it myself..
