More power to the people that can do it. Just not for me. I wish I could though. Thats really the only way to know you are eating something thats not pumped full of hormones (sp) or didnt get mixed in with roten meat.

My wife is a vet tech, we have tons of pets, dogs and cats. I'm not just a brutal killer or anything. I don't hunt predators or anything I can't eat. no coyotes or anything for me. not against it, just saying... I couldn't do it.
For example, I can't shoot a doe if she's got a yearling with her.... yearling is a weened 6 month old deer that is more than capable of living on it's own and will actually get pushed off by the mom while she breeds and come back to her after like december or january. but I am a trophy hunter and this practice goes against all that is holy for trophy hunters too, I just can't do it. BUT IF you shoot a doe witha yearling buck... that buck will never leave your farm or that particular home range.... That is the theory by wildlife bioligists behind shooting a doe with a yearling, It can potentially increase the number of good bucks on your farm. But I still can not do it. Too much bambi action right there... haha I'm more lookin for bambi's dad.
