Buying a house soon. Want a roomate to pay rent to live there to make ends meet and make it easier! im already approved for how ever much i want to buy a house for, so the mortgage will be all mine, either ill take care of all the bills or we can make the "rent" lower and split the bills, either way.

want to buy near where i live now.

rent will be based on how much my mortage is but will be cheap. (we can discuss $$$ personally if anyone's interested)

AHAHAHAHHAHHAHA, yeah, i was all set to buy one over summer but the finances and situation weren't right... now im at a better job and it's going to be a lot easier for me. Thanks though everyone for the goods words.

Anyway, I still want a roomate, rent will be fairly cheap. Closing on the house is supposed to be March 14th (everything on my end is done, just waiting for the seller to get the U and O). It's in morrisville, 3 bedrooms, big yard, basement will be set up as the bike shop until i can have a garage put in. GSE Nick is still figuring out if he can do it or not, but if he can't i'll be trying to find someone else asap... so if you are interested hit me up and ill tell you the details.
