Joe's just sitting around all winter....he's not planning on working at all...just riding...wish I could do the same.....if I can make it down to FLA this winter I'd be happy!

he might be a good person to talk to about the problem you're having with you fuel pump too, if you haven't fixed it yet

 

I dont think anyone can fix it at this point. NO ONE can work on a 929 better than Joe Brown and he's stumped. So is his roomate who's a friggin' certified Honda mechanic. Time to blow my **** up and film it

I should.. I'm in a friggin' bind. I rode a 2004 F4i last night with the banana seat and LOVED it. But I can't just drop the 929 altogether.. I need it for stoppies. And I really dont wanna first put a 929 frontend and **** on an f4i. And on top of that I'm broke. So I'm just screwed all around.

 

I'd like to get an F4i too but I really don't feel like dicking around with the whole front end thing either. I have a 900RR now and I want to keep it and get something else, probably a 929. as far as your bike, there's gotta be something you can do???? I'm sure it's the stupidist little thing too very frustrating.

 

Well.. I've already got the 954 also but thats my nice bike. I'd like to keep the 954 and 929 and add the F4i to the collection I've never rode a bike (other than a 636) that was just so damn easy to throw around. All you do is think about turning and the bike turns. The 929 I have to fight with

 

still haven't made it to circles yet I got a 1/4 turn in and that's it. the F4i looks like it's a lot of fun on the slow and technical stuff. I'll keep the RR because I love it. I'm going to work on it this winter and get it into a good solic condition for next season. I love it for long stoppies and coasters too...it's very stable. I'm in a toss up between the F4 and 929 for a second stunt bike

 

At this point.. If you're starting from scratch. I'd say F4i with a 929 frontend. Or 954 front end or whatever. Even a CBR1000 front end would be pimpy

 

is the F4i that much better than a 929?

 

To me its just so much easier to throw around. I'm also pretty short and don't weigh much

I was just on the scale this morning! I was down to 175 this summer!! NO JOKE now that I haven't been riding much lately because of the weather I packed a few pounds on....that's allright though it's going to be snowmobile season soon.
