Rangley is the place to be. I will be staying up there a few weekends. They have a huge weekend up there called Snodeo in February that I go to every year. Its like bike week for sleds, which is nuts. I will try and figure out the dates for you

Well in that case, there still will be some nice places on Rangeley lake. If not check you the Birches, on Moosehead lake.

Depends where your coming from. But Rangley is like an hour and a half from here, and were are about an hour from portsmouth N.H. Moosehead would be about and extra half hour 45 minutes.

Re: Any sled heads ?

Rangley is the best bet. I go snowmobiling every weekend in the winter starting in December. My buddy's parents have a camp right by Sugarloaf that I stay at all the time. There's a few good inexpensive hotels right down the street and there are tons of trails....some of the best riding in ME. I know the area well and it's a lot of fun....just hit me up when you're ready to go and we'll tear it up.

you probably want to skip the Snodeo weekend the trails are all crap from too many people being out there...I think you'd have more fun and get in more riding on an off weekend. what do you have for a sled?

We usually go up there for the boozin and drags on the lake
Got the sabre cat. Same sled as your but with reverse and electric start. I think the suspension might be a little different too

polar blast in Eustis is fun because you have the drags too. I did pretty good last year. the sabre cat is similar to the f7 just geared more towards trail riding as opposed to snocross....the bars are lower, softer suspention, and all the luxury options.

The 800 triples are too heavy if you wanna drag though

my friend has a rev 800 for sale for 5k it's been ridden but well maintained, 96 studds up the middle, x package, blair morgan handlebar kit, new carbides, spare belt 3800 miles .....I did beat it on the lake with my F7 though...but in all fairness the 03 F7's are fast!!

if i were to get a REV it would be the 600 HO

i raced my bud with a REV 800 and stayed right next to him up to 85-90 on a trail.. till we hit a jump and he backed off and i went for a lil launch....

lol.. there was no pic.. but this is good stuff

Re: Any sled heads ?

finally!! good work. make sure you get a hold of me while you're up here, I'll definitely be up there. If you want to catch up for a night or two I can show you guys around. I know most of the trails around there and where to go for after hours entertainment.
