Problem for VDave

or anyone else who may know
Background
After knocking the bike over to check the cage the bike was flooded pretty bad and I changed the oil. There was alot of gas in the old oil. I let the bike air out for over a day without the plugs in it. The plugs were fowled a little and I cleaned them. I charged the battery and it still doesn't want to start. It still back fires a little and doesn't seem to be getting enough compression.

The plugs were brand new a couple weeks ago, but should I still get new ones??

Should I drain the new oil out, pull the plugs again, and let the whole thing air out for a couple days without any fluid in the engine??

**Taking any and all ideas except for taking it to the mechanic, I'm not going to pay $60.00/hr for a dumbass to work on it. They've fu(ked up the motor enough as it is.**

damn dude that sucks! I had a problem before just like that..fouled my plugs and the bitch just wouldnt start it would fart and sputter but thats it... but got new plugs and it was fine...but if your plugs were new just recently then a good cleanin should do the trick none of your floats stuck in your carbs. did they, other than that Im unsure,Im sure you checked for spark etc.?

hope you get it goin soon

ya the coils are fine and I'm getting spark. This has been going on for over a week now though. I'm not sure about the floats though. They appear to be fine when I looked at the top of the carbs. I turned the throttle and everything looked to be working properly I'm thinking this is somewhat like a snow sled though. When you foul the plugs on them, sometimes even if you clean them it's not good enough. You end up having to buy new ones. I am gonna clean up my old one from last year and try that to see if it gives it more of a boost.
