that's funny cause it's only a "trick" question and it admits guilt to being intoxicated. I also like to ask on a level 1-10 how impaired do you think you are?? Even if you answer 1 you're admitting to being impaired Another one is to asked to count backwards from 69-48, the really drunk ones get all hung up on the fact they are starting at 69 the reality of it is to start on an odd number and end on an even or v.s.

when we got to the jail the guy was really cool about it,he said if you werent friggin around burning your tires in the car you would have made it home,then he said but if you had passed that last test.. and didnt have that open 40 on the floor board I would have let you go too,then he just laughed, Im like thats ok man,because I would have just kept doin it till I got caught anyway
It takes a swift kick in the a$$ sometimes to figure out when and where...I only drive now if I have drank a case or less J/K

I'll bring you a casethere are 3 main tests they want us to use for oui field sobriety. HGN = 6 clues, Walk & Turn = 8 clues, and One-Leg Stand = 4 clues any variety of clues we get and we can take you in for a test that you have to submit to according to law. If you don't then you can have your license suspended up to 6 years (I've never seen that happen though). The could get 1 clue off each test which is 3 and take you in for a test, normally that doesn't take place either unless the cop is on a OUI detail and that's the only thing he's stopping people for
