I'm with Jay on that one. You aren't a freestyle streetbike rider anymore. You're one of those...... stunt riders. Europe has tons of them. You should think about getting your company to fly you 1 way over there
hehehe. I can't wait to see the circles and long endo's now.

Do it
THey sure give you alot of leverage thats for sure. Its worth trying it...even if its only temporary, but I dont think anyone would ever go back to stock after having them.

I don't think so...let's look at some examples...
Gorka = NASTY...it don't matter what bars he's rocking
Mark MPZ = NASTIEST CIRCLES IN THE WORLD...it dont' matter what bars he's rocking either...
Kyle/Chauncey Whomever is rocking in FT Lauderdale = NASTY...do people look at them less cause they are rocking renthals?
I don't think so!
There is no such thing as cheating anymore...if you got it, you got it...plus I think they'd be fun as hell to rock for a while!
just my 2cents

YOU may not look at them any less, but crowds sure do. They see different bikes... different than the ones THEY ride on. They see proffessional bike manipulators and not freestyle streetbike riders. By modifying your bike, you've seperated yourself from people (fans) and now they can't truely relate to your talent. You don't know it, but now you're conveying a whole new genre of bike riding which is being done in Europe... and has been for years.
If you want to rock "Freestyle Streebike" then you must keep it on the STREET!! I think the trick to creating this "new" sport is relating to your audience.
My $.02.
Lata,
Bri
PS. I'm not against slappin them on to try them out, maybe gain some knowledge... but I DO think it's bad for the sport we're trying to create.
You know what they always say....
KEEP IT REAL!!

yeah...I don't think that there is such a thing as cheating........if you can do it, you can do it.......but I do like the people to be able to relate to what you are riding......at the same time I don't think it makes you any less of a rider, except in Mellen's case!

fans
Separating from Fans?????? Do you honestly think that when a crowd full of 900rr owners sees Gorka rock a 900 foot endo say "damn......that guy sucks because he has MX bars!"??????
