Another thing: I've never been able to access the GET MORE feature of smileys and I don't know why.

Also, how do you post multiple pics in one posting? Without having to post a pic in each post.

then at 500 or 1000 it changes again.

There is a "get more" link under the listed 20 on the left there, if you can't get more I would think it may be related to your browser since I don't know anyone else with this problem.
Only way to have multiple pictures PER post is to have a web location that you already are hosting the pictures at and then you just use the img tags to show multiple pictures addresses in a single thread. If you have no place where you currently host pictures, like at a site you pay for, then you can not do this.
There is a button up top labeled FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), if you go there you will likely find some valuable info there.
Links need to use the url tags. It would read similair to this but with no spaces.
[ url = ht tp:// www .stuntlife. com] Stuntlife [ /url ]
And would result in a link that looks like this... Stuntlife
