Do you have a bigger photo? Its kinda hard to work with something small. much easier to go from a bigger pic then resize it.

How do i make animated avatar?

im trying but can't seem to change image...can anybody lead me in the right direction

 

Mike, do you have Adobe ImageReady also?
It should be under the same Adobe title in your program files, you'll see it as you go to open Photoshop.
I have limited use of it but you should be able to use ImageReady to create animated gif files to the best of my knowledge. I thought I used it a while back to make one but I am not sure anymore what I used.
