Here I am in the UK and decided that I needed stunt bits for my Fireblade, Stuntlife got highly recommended and me being me, decided to use them (FOOL). I ordered a crash cage, that arrived, but that was through Ebay and I suppose they don't want bad feedback, so I got it in two weeks...Great I thought, a company I can trust.
Alas, on the 12th of April, I ordered a 12 o clock bar for my blade, spoke to a girl and she said that item would be with me in 3 to 5 working days as I had to pay an extra $65.00 USD for that service, which the total amount was $190.00 USD....not bad but not great.
Now, 4 weeks later after ringing them almost every day from the UK, I am still no closer to getting my bar.......I have asked for my money back, but no reply....one consolation is that I paid them through Paypal, so I have now reported them for their falsehood.
You guys in the states are a great bunch, over the years I have met, gone out and had a great time and would always consider you as honest, but their are some with the IQ of a broken flipflop who think they can f**k us Englishmen over and take us as mugs........STUNTLIFE, but to true avail, they don't know me, they don't want to know me and boy, don't they wish they hadn't f**ked me over.
In the words of a friend who passed away a few years ago......."I am an unknown quantity, keep it that way". I will bad mouth them wherever I go, whoever wants stunt bike stuff, I wont be recommending them....infact I will destroy that reputation completely........817 439 0470 that is their number.

. So the first time it was ok . Then the second time somehow the part either got lost or shipped to the wrong place .
You also said you did it thru paypal . So you should be able to get your money back
That means you are really out nothing then except your time
Bad service sucks *** and can happen in any transaction that you may do . But i'm guessing SL wouldn't purposely try to screw someone . Especially if you are a rider .

. I don't know how bad you've been blown off or gone with unanswered questions , but things tend to work themselves out . I ordered a hand brake once (from a totally different company) . The zip code was printed wrong on the label and i didn't get it for like 3 1/2 weeks . And i live in the U.S. . So if something gets lost overseas it has to be more messed up to recover an item .
Now am i gonna stop buying parts from that company ? No . **** happens . When you need things the most is when it seems the most fukced up things can happen .

just got off the phone from freestyle ingenuity and a guy called greg, seems a nice fella and told me there was a confusion problem with stuntlife, which he tells me that freestyle own....hmmm, interesting...he assures me that he shipped off 12 o clock bar last week...I will hold judgement until then......................we agreed something over the phone, if he keeps his end of the bargain then I will retract everything I said and eat humble pie...when I am wrong, i will admit it, although when you promise something to be there in three to five days, then that's what you should keep to........................enough said for the moment, I will return to this thread when I receive items...................have a nice day!!!!

First off, as you know... our Freestyle Ingenuity products are sent straight from thier warehouse. You ordered the cage and it was sent to Freestyle Ingenity who shipped it right away. Your ordered the 12 bar soon after and unfortunatly they had that bar on backorder. As soon as they had more instock it shipped.
I am sorry you did not get it as soon as the cage you ordered but it was out of our hands at that point. From what I know, it was shipped last week and from the tracking information it looks like it left the United States a few days ago.
We at StuntLife try to give the best customer service that we can. We try our best whether there is feedback to be left or not. Where the problem comes in is that we are only human. So are the guys at Freestyle Ingenuity. On occasion there are mistakes made by us mere mortals. I am very sorry you had such a bad experience with us this time around. I remember talking to you and I did call Freestyle to check on the bar, which we learned was backordered. By then it was too late and it shipped within a couple days. Now the bad part is that it is somewhere over the ocean between you and me and hopefully it will fly there quickly! Let us know when it gets to you!

I will mirror Stuntlife Greg's response and apologize for the delayed shipment again. Like I explained to you over the phone we do not intentionally give bad service to anyone. We made a mistake as a partnership and your ordered was delayed, for that I apologize publicly as I did on the phone. Our main goal is to provide great customer service with our highest quality product on the market. We do not own Stuntlife as I explained, but we are partners with the website. I hope you don't let one bad experience leave an everlasting effect on our collective companies and will continue to do business with all involved.
