deleting messages

How do i clear my messages it says i have 54 when i check my private messages folders i have 0. People are trying to send me a messages but they can't it says that box is full. Thanks

Have you checked your SENT messages? Select sent items from the drop down box in your PM area. That is probably what is causing you box to say full
