How long are you guys planning to stay....?? Is it just a holiday or you looking to stay a while?

Hey Dude (About this weekend),

How was the holiday with the g/friend?? Sorry I missed ya in ACT, was just trying real hard to update the blackmarket website and learn a little about the designing and publishing (cause Stu is such a geek ).

I am getting pumped about this Road Trip... everyone is getting on the Bandwagon! I spoke to Uncle and Boxer... they would love to go ACT but all of us are a little strapped for cash and I also got rostered to work saturday too (I am ****en filth about that)!

You are more than welcome to come up to Sydney and stay at our place. Boxer is real keen to have a chat the same as you and I. I think its time to set some plans and get them in motion!

Anyway dude I gotta get back to work... will catch up with you hopefully on the weekend!

Yo guys im in for qld definatly!!!!!!!!! might even do the whole trip thing, gotta wait and see, might have a new job (full time so i can get sick days to cover my 'wheelies gone bad') but im in for the qld leg fo sure!!! there is no way this damn cbr wont be ready by then. might have to get a 55 rear made up though :P

 

Alright the plan is as follows....

Probally Start in VIC early Febuary and make our way up the coast to end up in QLD.
Boxer is trying to organise some events for us, (stunt day/show/what ever)

Leave around the 10/15th Febuary 2005 return around the 5/6th March...

 

Cooo....

Just a thought.... but lets all mention it on our websites (if you have a website) and some aussie bike forums, so if any aussies see it, they may come and watch the show!?

Sounds good, we need to start talking to Track owners etc and event organisers to see if we can get some time on Tracks etc for our Trip and get some Fixed dates for it.

Boxer - have u heard anything back from anyone?

WillsJJ - whats happening with your QLD Show what are the dates?

It might be an idea... as gay as it sounds (but it may provide with some track time). Talk to ride day organisers and see if there are any ride days that you can do a lunch time show at?? It would only be a small run, it would be good to get some exposure to all the other riders out there that we stunt... why don't you??

We could get some flyers, stickers and what not made up and hand them out for promotion... You might also be able to snag a half decent sponsor if you could tell them you putting on a show in each state in front of a few riders and specatators...?? Tell them you will have the logos on your trailer/car/bike/shirt and flyers... if they have any stickers, we could give them away... also offer a promo DVD of the whole trip and the shows included (maybe even some photos... Boxer?)??

Just bouncing ideas around (they might be ****, they might be good... but they are at least something to maybe think about)!

Lunch time entertainment sounds good. It may only be 30-60 minutes, but it would be good to see how much carnage we can cause in that little time

I dont know if I can take more than 2 weeks off work, and im guessing others might have the same issue? If we can start thinking about when and for how long this trip will go for I can start planning in advance as I will need to give my work plenty of warning when im going on leave.

Feb and Mar both sound good, but like I said I can only go for 2 weeks. If you guys want more time, then ill jut go for the two weeks and return (maybe not do the qld bit for example)

 

The Power blits super sunday is on sunday the 27th of Feb at Parklands on the Gold coast. Probably a bit late for ya all so just organise the trip for when you organise it and i will be there with Chris Blown and Slain the more notice the better, cant wait
Drivin round doin shows, ridin, drinkin and chasin sounds like a great 2 weeks off work if ya ask me :YEAH

Ok thanks for that, If anything changes with the Power Blits let me know, I once we establish when we will be able to get track time and where, should be able to put down some more serious dates,

Another thing that just came to mind seeing as we will be traveling all over the country, does anyone know of Truck Stops/Truck Storage yards or anything big (you know what Im after you have all seen the sort of parking lots the US guys ride in) let me know or talk to them we might be able to arrange some riding at these sort of locations as well. more legal places = chance of keeping licence.

i know for a fact that the track haha well footpath more like it that im 99% sure of for the blitz in qld is held aint to grand but hey gets us in front of a crowd....not sayin to much as of yet but may have another spot we can play at to whilst in qld.....keep yas updated
