Opinions on yz426f

I may be acquiring one on a trade, and will prolly keep it just for the summer, but what are the goods and bads of this bike, anything to look out for, should i get rid of it right away?? Whats the 411?

They were a little heavy. And it sounds cool, four-twenty-six.If its your first dirtbike you may have been better suited with a 125 or 250f but have fun.

from what I hear its a really nice bike.. Never actually rode one. I have spent some time on a CRF450 though.. talk about a siick bike

very sick.. I've spent the last few years riding all different kinds of streetbikes from F3's to hayabusas..

the crf450 scared me it was so fast

The 426 is a sick bike, really fast and dependable. the starting kind of sucks but you get used to it. just dont twist the throttle when you are trying to start it. you will never get it started after that.

Every biek has its own wasy to get started. My 125 like to foul plugs unless I drop the clutch right away and gun it. Just get use to starting it.

if you adjusted the jetting it wouldnt have done that. it is too rich. by riding it cold actually destroy's your cylinder wall and you could have had a cold seize which isnt cool.
