How tall are you? If you are shorter I would suggest a cr80 cr85 yz80 yz85. If you are a little bit taller and can ride a 125 i would defenitly suggest a 125. And if you are really tall you could even get a 250...and if it's a little high shave the seat. But the average 14 year old would probably be looking a 125.

There's really no height difference between a 125 and a 250. My 250 is actually shorter than my friends 125. Just find one that you feel comfortable on.

what about

what about the 250 being to much power? i would think that there would be toooo much power for him, have you ridden before or not? i hjave a 2002 cr125 n havent topped it out yet, and ridden 250's but i like the 125 better. i dont know itsd late just my $.02

Hmm, anybody think about ktm sx 200? or maybe a 250f for the power concerns but the speed. Im lookin at a bike too, 13 6ft, 200lbs. 250 or a 450f for me

XR50 , serisly though, them are acctually pretty good for it, backflips on am and 360s and ****. but eh, this isnt the right board for this.
