has anyone here actually tried to backflip? and what is the key things to remember when approaching the ramp?
my jump will be dirt and im weak by no means if it takes alot of muscle
share some experiences and techniques if you will

just think.. i have a small vagina, i have a small vagina, i have a small vagina, i have a small vagina.. in that order and just hit the ramp like a vagina and va la! a backflip occurs

First!

 

I just preload up the ramp, look back and pull the bars to your chest off the lip... kinda like a wheelie but keep pulling until you see the landing, but IMO, Id rather land on my back wheel than my front... I learned by doing ganers on a diving board than moved to my bike, it is somewhat simular... whatever you do DONT get scared because you'll freeze up a crash... You need to commite all you have. be careful and make sure that jumps big enough.

Isn't there like a FMX School or something. I would love to learn how to do a Back flip. Crap I would even buy a Two Smoker to do so.
