hi, i live in panama , well and there arent much riding groups round here, anyway, great to have come across this site, well my question is..
anyone knows, or heard any tips on how to make a back flips, is it just body movements?? or staying stiff???jeje... braking the bike....? well

friend of mine is doing them into foam pit right now.

From what i get out of it. You pretty much try and wheelie off the ramp, keep it wide open, and just pull back for dear life.

Apparently commitment is 90% of the trick

 

Try it in a form pit if u can if not... Maybe Try on a BMX at a indoor form pit to get use to things? Also you could try on a 50cc then setup to a 85cc before you go big? Also make sure your heads back all the way trying to look backwards you go where you look.

 

It is 95% of it... It is a fairly easy trick but what most first timers do is get scared or freeze up which leads to them crashing... Just commite to it.
