kx 125

won't start. it sounds like it wants to turn over when I kick it but nothing. it was sitting for several months. any ideas?

did you clean the carb? thats probably the problem, its probably clogged with old gas.

I would just go through it all. Check the compression and that. Worste thing is that you have to replace the piston wich is e-z.

id clean the carb, it couldnt hurt if its beeen setting. have someone pull start you , and if it wont start i'd start w a compersion check like he said, but if its the compression u could tell how esy the kicker would go down
