not hard to build... make sure you make somthing to pull the bike out... unless your like the hulk and throw it around like a bmx..



the foam part is the most expensive... i mean at least when i looked into it... you need the fire proof foam... so when hot pipe meets soft foam it doesnt melt as fast and catch on fire and burn you alive... you want big also... if you are just learning you want real big... long run to the ramps... no turns or youll end up like the dude at pastranas house and the bob cat... but like i said it has been a like 4 years sense i have looked into it...

if you need long run ins and no turns you have NO busness building a foam pit.. The foam costs a fortune but you don't need fire proof, hell Deegan's foam is all old junk.

just an idea anybody try grabbing free couches off craigs list and pulling the foam out of the cusions? it's free and fireproof. take a hell of a lot of couches though
