fmx handlebars

I just bought a 03 yz250 thats in awsome shape but has stock bars, my 01 yz250 has protaper(dont know what bend) and i just dont like them at all. I need the bars higher. When looking at new bars there are alot to choose from but i dont know witch ones to get and i dont know if i should use higher bar clamps. If someone could help me i would appreciate.

Re: fmx handlebars

I have a BRAND NEW set of Renthal twinwall RC bend high bars in blue. I bought them for my DRZ, mounted up the left grip, but I can't make all the trun signals fit. PM me up if you are interested. Widest and tallest bars made.

Re: fmx handlebars

Yeah alot of mags have bar specs..width, height, rise, pullback....look in tucker rocky...and normally tall riders have taller bars haha, you cant do anything with the stock 2003 top triple clamp (1 piece). You can buy those 7/8 to 1/18 inch adaptors that fit in your stock clamps this will raise the bars at least 1/2 inch.
