You have to take an arc up the jump and then lean it over and let the back swing out when you're in the air.

as you are on the approach to the jump, and want to turn the back end so its to your right, head at the take off toward the top right edge then halfway up turn the other way, as old duffer said, arcing the take off, then when your in the air, weight your left peg, and taking right foot off the peg by half a foot helps too, bars on full lock to the right, then bring back by evenly/weight right peg. back brake does help straighten it, and gear you up for landing, also i recomend downshiftin mid air too
