just wondering if anyone lives on a compound

 

i got one, its 8 acres and has
a small ramp for 50s and minis
an 8' fmx ramp
a quad small double
a tabletop
and some misc. **** including a nice stepdown
plus there is 3 sand pits close by and across the street.
and my street is long and not much traffic so its good for wheelying and theres a tree field with rolling hills fun for racing in.

 

sounds like you could get into some trouble there

That's pimp, definitely makin the best use of a backyard. Lot of **** in about a half acre lot.

nah the neighbors don't give a ****, and no one live in the development yet.

 

im not real sure what the size is, 20, by 25 0r 30 i think.

Im in somerset county.

 

in monmouth county, more specificly the millstone/jackson area near great adventure.

 

The neighbors are used to dirtbikes and it really doesn't bother them, We try to show respect, but when someone does get alil out of hand and someone complain. The cops are cool about it. Since were not doing anything illegal we don't get tickets or anything. Its all good in the hood. In other parts of town the kids that live in the developments are not so lucky. They tried to pass an ordinance saying that you can't ride if u have 6 acres or less between certain hours or something, so all the riders showed up at the meeting and they won their argument and it never got passed. The other day someone was looking at a house in the development and as they pulled into the development, a bunch of us dirtbikers and quad riders were standing in a field across the entrance, boy it must be hard to sell houses in this part of town and they aren't cheap either. I wouldn't pay a million dollars for one of them.
