i am pickin up a 01 cr250 cuase i want to get into FMX.. what am I going to need for suspesion? where can i get it? and about how much will it run me?

id say leave it stock maybe up the oil level a tad. when you start hitting 70 ft fmx gaps thats when suspension comes really into play i think. my boy steve wagner http://www.fmxschool.com/fmxschooldemo.htm runs his stock.

Go With For Your Weight Im 209 And I Got A 02 Cr 250 I Just Uped The Oil Level Set The Sag And Put The Back On Full Hard Slowed Down The Dampning So You Dont Pogo And Play With The Cpmpresoin For The Front If Not Race Teck Is Good Its About 600.00 I Did It On My Kx Plush But My Honda Is Still Better

 

im going to have to disagree with brian on this one....im was hittin 120 ft gaps at the track no problem with my cr 250 when it was stock...now i have showa.....wish i would have gone with race tech....but oh well.... to tell you the truth.....i really didnt need it.....just set up your race sag.....for you weight ....and you should be fine for awhile....
