Thinking of buying 2002 RM125

does anyone know if the 02 rm125 had any recalls or problems? i know the 01 and 02 rm250 had clutch problems...anyone know if this is a great 125 ive only rode yz125s and cr125s, never really got into the suzukis....

If your gunna get into racing get a 250 fourstroke. The best one would be the honda. But if your just gunna screw around the rm would definetly be a good choice especially if you can get it for a good price.

Do not get a 250f unless you are willing to adjust valves after 15 hours (for CRF) and topends every 80 or so, changing oil every 5 hours. Every other topend you need a new head because the vavle seats need to be recut every time and that can only be done once. They are disposable bikes. I will give a different thread if you want to see what I mean. And most RMs have bad clutches.

How much are you willing to spend. But i would deff go for the new 4-stroke 250.
