I got some stock handlebars you can have. I'll bring 'em to bayside or give 'em to the RR guys. It's a 50, you're supposed to crash it.

I have a few fiddy stock bars in my garage if need be. I am just wondering how anyone could break the plastics, handle bars, or throttle assembly on one of these? I dumped mine hundreds of times and have ot broken a thing.

Are we talking damage or scratches?

If we are talking about scratches, I do not think you should have purchased a fiddy then. Do not plan to race against us because when we go into a corner and I kick your fiddy over I am sure not going to pay for a scratch on your bike.

I have no idea how bad the was wrecked but if the kid wants you to fix it (after YOU wrecked it), then I think he has a legitiment bitch here. Just because YOU feel the bike doesn't deserves to be fixed, doesn't mean he should too. I mean, it was fine before YOU rode it and now it isn't. So who is responsible for fixing it?

Erick, if you gonna be a skirt, then don't let anyone ride your bike. **** like this happens and you know it!! It can happen to anyone... even when you're riding someone else's bike. Don't be a little bitch about it. I think it's sort of a unwritten agreement for us "stunters" especially when you knew he was using it for stuntin. I say suck it up and fix it yourself and take it as a lesson learned.... Maybe ask him to fix the essentials??

I like drama! Fun to watch, Fun to Hear, Fun to egg on. Personally if it is scratches I think Eric needs to take this drama to his mama.....
If it is a bent handle bar that causes the throttle to stick then Maillet should replace it.

We need one reply from each side the tells the entire story. From the time it was asked to be borrowed to the time Maillet went to the hospital.

The true question is should Eric be held responsible to Maillet crashing. He did go to the hospital to get stiches. It should be settle out of court and Eric should give the fiddy to Maillet for pain and suffering.
