Today I got the chance to go to Good Time Emporium to discuss the final date,time and menu for our spring event. Our first date was cancelled for which it fell on Easter Sunday, and many of you's already have plans for such date. The second date was a no go, for which many riders will be out of town attending the Myrtle Beach event. Which bring me to JUNE 29,2003. This date hopefully will be the day. It will allow many riders to ride their bikes and no such event is happening this day. The event will be from 3pm to 7pm. For those who do not know where Good Times is, It's just off Route 93 in Somerville, Behind Circut City & Home Depot.

Now orginally I was looking to purchase the food, and rent the club, along with hiring a DJ. After sitting down with one of the managers of Good Times and going over the event, it comes out to be way to expensive for one to handle all alone. I will Take care of the club and the DJ, but will have to asked that a ticket of $10.00 be purchased for this event. There will be appetizers of Pasta w/ marinara sauce, Chicken Wings,Salad, and Meatballs. It was estimated of 80 to 90 people showing up for this event and at the price of 10.00 a head for the meal I just dont have it.

So what I NOW need is a definite count on who is going to attend. If the head count comes down the price of the ticket will Too. If it falls below a count of 50 people we will see if its worth keeping the event a go.

So PLEASE email me with your final count by February 28,2003. This will give me plenty of time to set everything up, if the event will still go on. Again please give me your count ASAP. I also need to have a talk with all Presidents or lead person of each attending groups that will be attending. Again thank you for your time and hope to see each and everyone of you's there
