Went snowboarding today (5/31/04)... first time in 4 months and 3 days since I broke my leg. It made day 30 for the season.... and I even missed the good months! Only took 2 runs cause.... well.... it hurt. But I was out there riding again. Now I think it's time to hang it up for the season and get back to rippin on the quad!

finally got my new Pro tapers all hooked up then I got shocked by my killswitch when I realized the part that I spliced came undone...scared the hell out of me . Anyone elses weekend ruined by weather?

 

No, it's cause you wired it backwards. Whichever one you wired to the "ground" side, you need to swap them. Or maybe that's what you were tryin to say.

I had BBQ with the rents and finished putting the 400ex back together. It's pertty new lookin. I can't wait to ride it, but someone has my rear brake rotor...

 

I had it hooked up and working fine for 2-3 months. When I was swapping out the bars I think I pulled it out of the splice. The quad was running, and I saw it looked roughed up and I touched the part where two cables were spliced together but still hanging apart Wasn't a hard shock at all but gave me a good tingle. Scared the hell out of me though because I get HARD shocks all the time. You got some sweet scenery drew

Slept late, ate breakfast at 3 in the afternoon, then went to see "The Day After Tommorow." Movie was ok, breakfast was better. Could have been a better weekend, but I still got to hit the track up on Saturday so I can't complain.

Drew, I just told my buddy that you went boarding yesterday and he flipped (he's big into that crap). Also told him you still managed to get 30 days in even after missing 4 months....lol.

As for my memorial day....pretty uneventful....washed the quad and Rizza's tires and rims....now I just have to order a chest protector for Dan cause I broke his
