Re: 2 new found freinds.

Nice bike for sure....it's a dirtbike with 4 wheels....engine wise feels nothing like the 400ex that's for sure. It'll do a wheelie...and so won't the fiddy....

Re: 2 new found freinds.

Rode them both today. 450R is SICK. Wheelies in any gear are nothing. And for the 50.... 2nd gear wheelies down the road, and 12ing. What a great day.

I wouldn't say so, too early to tell though. I've only ridden it on snow.

It's geard so much higher than my 440. On the 440 I could creep at like .5mph on the rear wheels. That will be much more difficult on the 450R. The 450 makes power at a higher rpm which makes it tricky you can't bog it like the ex for wheelies. I rode a couple wheelies today on the snow.

Re: 2 new found freinds.

people on http://www.rriders.com have been talking about the high gearing.

i think the fix for that is a 13 tooth front sprocket.

AWWWWW isn't that cute!!!! I have a set at home but they dont match LOL... have a red and a blue(well actually white)

guess those are cute even though that 450 is a HONDA .. LOL I am sure I will get kicked for that but I am assuming that is new so definately CONGRATS!!!

None...yet. He'll be competing in the NEATV PRO-AM series this summer. For those who don't know... that's the professional circut in the North East. He could use the support if anyone can make it out for a race. The races are held in NH and MA.

check out www.NEATV-MX.com I am actually in the process of rebuilding their webpage. The current one is unorganzied and difficult to navigate. We are the largest quad only MX circuit in the country.

Yeah, it is geared high, but I LOVE IT. I never used 1st on the ex unless I was in a pit or creepin wheelies. I haven't run 18" rears on it yet, but I think the gearing will be good for mx.

Re: 2 new found freinds.

I have to say that the 450r is awfuylly nice. And the furr on the 50 is pimp.
But I could not work myself up to ride it, maybe some other time though.

Look at all honda's quads the engine is placed back towards the rear alot more than other quads so most hondas do have a light front end.
