Thanks dude. I got it yesterday. Paid extra for overnight air and got my board in less than 24hrs. I couldn't afford to waste one good day on the water... and last night was pretty decent conditions.

I don't care for the board too much... yet. It's supposed to be an "intermediate-advanced" board... and I've only ridden beginner boards. It takes a lot more effort to get the new one turning, but it feels a lot more stable on jumps. Here's some shots....

 

looks like your getting the hang of it allready...i still gotta get out there and try this...south wind with 2-4' waves this weekend...i never put the boat in the water!

 

Ehhh... it's a hard board for me to ride... but I'm trying. Good thing I didn't head your way with my board! Would have been a waste!

 

we would have found a spot some where...hopefully this weekend will be nice enough to get out..especially since its a long weekend!

 

Dude, you gotta get out to see me asap! Conditions were perfect tonight. It was like glass. I'm finally starting to get used to the new board. I was riding switch and even threw my first 180! Sounds pathetic, but I've only been riding a few months, so I'm pumped!

Looks like a sweet cove you're floating in. Water looks clear. My bay is full of algae and is real dark.

 

its point au roche beach...its an awsome spot as long as there isnt a south wind. clear to the bottom...water is usually pretty warm. there were a few hundered boats there over the weekend.

 

My boat is out for the year. I bought a kneeboard and hit that up one day and was supposed to be out trying to wakeboard the next weekend. Monday morning I had to have my appendix out. I guess the wakeboard will have to wait until next year. It sucks.

 

damn that sucks....but atleast you got some use out of it. I wish it haddnt rained here so much this summer. Might be looking into moving up to a bigger boat allready next year....but i'm hoping to try and get atleast one more summer out of this boat before that!
