Re: Pick up my new toy on saturday!!!

thanks...it could use the usual cleaning that a boat thats been sitting on the water needs but it is in very good shape. I have to do a final inspection of it out of the water on saturday and if all goes well i'll be on the lake sunday

Re: Pick up my new toy on saturday!!!

The upholstry is in good shape. That's huge. If it doesn't have a cover get a decent one to keep the sun off the vinyl. Good luck, I hope you bank account can handle a boat. LOL

Re: Pick up my new toy on saturday!!!

i'm hoping it can too....one of the quads i think is going to go....

it has both a moring cover and bimini top...though both could use some work and i'll probably replace them next winter.

what size is the boat you got? this is a 21ft....i picked it up for 4500 w/trailer..which i think is a good price, theres about 350 hours on it.

Mine's a 17' with a 4 cyl. Just a baby compared to yours. Mine came with both a mooring cover and bimini top as well. The mooring cover was in real rough shape but it did it's job and saved the interior. I replaced it right away as it let water into the boat when it rained. I bought a shark skin cover from overtons for less than $300.

That's a good price for a Four Winns with those hours.

Re: Pick up my new toy on saturday!!!

I'm thinking about putting mine on a lift in front of my dads place or docking it in Rouses Point. I'm not sure what i wanna do. I'll probably be winterizing it this weekend. I wanted to get out on it once more but dont see that happening.
