The 400ex is lookin a little better i think...

here's how it was before...

and here it is after...

got the plastic from a guy on EXriders for 75 bucks shipped and the tag bars i took off my 350RX project

i cant wait to get these tires mounted up on it, the 22's are just too big for this bike, but they work good for the winter...

I had tag bars on my EX. Loved em... good height for a taller rider. I use Moose fatties on my bikes... like the XR and CBR.

well i would have probably liked to have ordered new shiny plastic too, but i dont think i could have got a full set for $75 shipped to my door, i dont think i could have even got one piece for that much. The other quad will be getting new rear plastic.

as for the tags, they are a little low still...these are a CR double Hi bend, and i'd like to had maybe a 2" riser to them...i'd like to be able to stand up on the quad and not have to bend over when riding.

Used Race Plastics = Poop

Stock + Headlight = Gangsta

And if it seems I'm being a dick in this thread... it's cause I want a 400EX

Re: The 400ex is lookin a little better i think...

The 250F only has 2-3 hours on it so far. I'm about to take it all apart and grease the chit outta everything cause I hear they are pretty dry from the factory. Got some boots today so I should be set for the track this weekend.

Haven't really beat it yet - I'm all about proper break in. Seems quick though.

Well I tried to order Tech-6s but apparently they don't make them anymore. Tech 8's and 10's were well over 300 bucks even at dealer cost so I got the Thor Quadrants for now... till I figure out how deep I'm gonna get into it. They are thor's top of the line boot and dealer is under $100 bucks!!!

It's these in Red. Was gonna go white but it's not nearly as cool as the Alpinestar whites.
