snowboarding 1.28.07

I finally made it to the slopes this season. The snow was great! It's been exactly 3 years to the day since I broke my leg... and I never even noticed. I rode at Swaine, NY which only has about 850 vertical feet, so I was cranking out the runs pretty quick.

Actually, it's a 661 downhill mtn bike helmet. But all the boardercross racers wear mtn bike helmets. I saw a few others on the mtn yesterday. Most people are wearing those skull caps though. When I was growing up, learning to ski, nobody wore helmets... now everyone does!

No, but I had a nasty rash and the medication for it cost so much that my insurance rates went up! That's the last time I accept a "Tahiti Tickler" from someone named Jobo! It didn't even tickle???

You both are always asking "when". Take a hint you guys... I don't like either one of you! J/K.... I hope to come back soon. Maybe sometime next month. I'm in the process of changing jobs right now. Got a new gig as a video editor with a local production company near Rochester. Better pay and I don't have to travel... as much. I still may have to visit MA or PA every now and then, but I'll mostly be home now. This means I can actually get a plant, pet... maybe even a girlfriend! Okay, okay... that last one is asking for a lot considering... but a guy can hope!

What's the story on the T-rex from 1943? Fix that hog yet, or is it too much $$$ at this time? Last I heard you were tied up with moving expenses and couldn't afford to get it fixed???
