Re: Few pics from sundays riding...

My plan is to sell the F3 asap and buy an XR400. I'm hoping to make it look like this one... pure thing of beauty

I want to use it for the road and stunting. We'll see how easy it is to register a dirt bike for the street here in NY. But I'm down for stunting in VT if we can organize something.

The registration part should be easy....the inspection part is probably what will take the most work

I've heard the exact opposite for NY. The registration is the tricky part because it's not a "licensed street vehicle" directly from Honda. Therefore, going through the registration process can be lengthy and stressful. However, inspecting it should not be a problem. When they inspect it, I'll have horn, mirrors, directionals... all the legal stuff. I can't say it'll be looking like that 2 hours after I get it inspected... but I don't think I'll have a problem getting the sticker.

I wouldn't say "killing it", but yes, I could pull a wheelie. The thing that still impresses me... all the pics and vids you see of the XR were with only a few hours of practice trying wheelies over a three day period. I think if I had more time I could have done a lot more with it. We'll see how things go.....
