Whats everyones favorite crash? I was riding my 94 RT100 down a little hill full throttle when the front tire fished out on me. I basically high sided my FAT *** airborne style about a foot away. I bent the clutch peddle to "U" shape, knocked the forks off a bot and bent some handlebars.
But tell you what that was some funny ****! :YEAH

I can’t say that I have ever had a “favorite crash. Personally I think all crashes suck.
One of my most memorable crashes was on my raptor during an XC race. The track was about 7 miles long and in some sections it was very dry and dusty. About two miles into my fourth lap I caught up to someone. It was an extremely dusty section of the track. I thought I was on a long straight section, so I was going pretty fast, almost topped out in 4th gear. I really should have slowed down because I couldn’t see anything in front of me, including the ground. All of a sudden I felt my quad launch into the air. That’s a really bad feeling when you aren’t expecting it. Anyway, turns out I was actually in a section of the track where there were a couple sets of doubles, set up kind of like a rhythm section. Not being able to see what was going on, and not knowing where I was on the track, I ended up stuffing it into the last one. As soon as I hit, I went flying, with the craptor cart-wheeling after me. I was lucky that it didn’t land on me. The craptor landed rubber side down and only had a couple scratches and the handle bars and grab bar were a little tweaked. I wish I would have been that lucky. I hurt my shoulder and couldn’t ride for six weeks after that.

Re: Favorite Crash
Interesting topic, all crashes stink though...
My favourite crash was about 4 days after I bought my quad, I had my sister taping me and a few of my buddies watching and I was just practicing wheelies on my lawn, I was getting 'em high, but not very far, anyway, I took it past the balance point the rear bar dug into the ground and flipped the bike on top of me. No injuries, no parts to repair, and few good laughs, the video didn't turn out 'cuz my sis freaked and the camera goes all over the place as soon as the bar digs into the ground and all you see is my *** draggin' on the lawn. The lawn did have a 6 foot gash in it that my pops wasn't happy with. All my other crashes hurt/scared me/cost money, that ALWAYS stinks...

Re: Favorite Crash
my FAVORITE crash and most AWKWARD crash was when i was goin around my grass flattrack and it gripped and FLIPPED well i landed about 10-15ft infront of the quad and teh quad flipped over and so quickly it actually landed back on the rubber(i checked and no bent parts) and it started rolling at me....( in 3rd gear boggin down) i rolled outta the way
Re: Favorite Crash
my favorite crash would have to be when i was just doin a regular wheelie with my foot in the bar in some tall grass and my right wheel hit a kinda big stump and i put it down and when the front wheels hit the ground they hit a big log and i did a front flip over the front end. Speedy was there and saw it. lol. Nothing to bad happened to me or my quad.
Re: Favorite Crash
My favorite crash was actually a second in a day, my buddy came over with the camera and first i rolled a trike backwards on me but we didn't get it on tape, then i pulled the old sportsman out and my buddy encouraged me to do some four wheel drive doughnuts, i pull them in the snow and they work, well they didn't work in the dirt, i have a link below, its ok i didnt get hurt, and the bars were bent down but pulled them up and its good as new.

also MY SECOND favorite crash was when i was doin the Special K in the Laborday vid and tried it one handed
i was starrin at that tire for what seemed like FOREVER! Re: Favorite Crash
dunno how you would consider it your favorite.. crashing is gay..
but one of the best ones I guess would be a 12 bail behind costco on my buddies 900rr. I was scraping/hangin off it with one hand waiting for the thing to come crashing down. Couldn't for the life of me grab on with my left hand or hit the rear brake.
Josh was watching.. that was pretty hilarious.

Re: Favorite Crash
i was out night riding with the banshee after it rained out. wanted to race some kid on a predator so we launched. i got the holeshot and didnt look back but apparently he had been down the straight and knew that 3/4ths of the way down there was a 3 foot deep 6 foot wide ditch across the whole straight. i saw it when i was about 20 feet away in 6th gear tapped. only thing i could think to do was get on it and try to float over it. front wheeles cleared it but back tires hit and flipped me. all i remember was hitting the ground, bouncing into the air and having my helmet ripped off of me. when my friends got to me the quad was about 50 feet from the ditch, i was another 25 from the quad, and my helmet that was strapped but got ripped off my head was another 50 feet from me. i walked away with a broken arm, sprained ankle, and a concussion. im so lucky thats all that happened to me from a 6th gear crash on a banshee.
Re: Favorite Crash
i was at my sandpit across from my house and i have a downhill jump and i dident test hit it i just went for it and it was after that heavy rain we got in the summer and the jump was warped on the side and when i hit it i turned completly sideways and it landed on me and dragged me down to the bottom of the hill
bent handlebars steering stem and broke the toggle switch broke my clutch lever and a hit rev limiter 4 like 10 sec

Re: Favorite Crash
At least my crash was practically standing still, but I was at a dirt pasture where a bunch of 4x4s and quads and stuff go to mess around. There was a car that the 4x4's would go over and I had the great idea of doing it myself on my warrior. Well the front wheels went up......and up......and up, landing on the grab bar. I wasn't expecting it, so I let go and landed flat on my back. Didn't hurt or anything. Too bad no one saw it either.

When i was like 12 hit the schwans truck head on around a curve in my driveway 4th gear pinned on my timberwolf 4x4....for those of you who dont know who the schwans man is...its a guy who drives a huge *** truck that sells frozen food door to door...I had a helluva concussion and I still have grill marks from bouncing off the front of the truck... the schwans corporation paid the 500 dollars worth of damage to the unit, And they never came back to my house again...Damn I miss their chicken patties and fudgesicles...Its cool though because i learned how nice girls could be when they feel bad for you...So if you will excuse me im going to go drop a cinder block on my foot and call my g/f
