Gotta luv them Sox...
How many fans of the Sox will give up completely on them this year? Did anyone see the news lastnight? People leaving during a playoff game in the 6th inning? Interviews of people saying they will never go to Fenway ever again? I mean not just one but dozens. I have been following baseball since '01 and working right next to Fenway until 3 months ago I have always had a bit of hope for the Sox. However after this series and being 0-3 I dont think I will ever care to goto a Sox game again myself even for free let alone pay $60 for parking $6 for a burger $6 for a beer only to get embarrasesd to be there to began with. Now let it be said I have never routed for the Yanks and now dont care about baseball as I have in the past I think anyone from New England wants to say the "Yanks Suck" has to truly be a moron! If any team in the entire MLB sucks it would regretably be the SOX! What a big let down! Thank god New Engalnd has the Patriots!!! :YEAH

I done been there!!!
Eclipse, it sure is tough when you put your heart & soul into something year after year only to be disappointed/embarassed or whatever. But I don't think I can abandon my team just because they always play second fiddle to the Crankees. Fair weather fans are what drives professional sports and boosts major league apparell sales... but die-hard fans are truly what make a franchise great. I just hope I don't die before the Sox see a World Series.
