Anyone live in that area? Im negotiating a sale for a house up there, was wondering if it was a shitty area. I cant afford boston anymore!!!

 

20 minutes away from me...nice area, close to manchester...40 minutes from teh mountains, lakes, and the beach...i looooove it here...i also teach just down the street.

Its a good area up there, Teach is right on. If you want to get even more house for your buck look at Goffestown and Weare, just about the same distances to stuff, more undeveloped space.

In Nov I picked up a 4br, 1.5 acre house with a 1 car garage up in Weare for a really good price, less than 200k. It rocks! 20 minutes to Manchester, an hour 10 to boston....

don't neglact to mention there's a sweet stunting spot in very close proximity. I'm a drifter so I'm between that area and the boston area spuraticaly (spelt foe-toe-jen-ik-al-lee). It's a great area but the commute to school and work was killing me.

 

I grew up in Goffstown moved to mass 8 years ago and kick myself in the *** everyday after work in the summertime becasue I can't come home from work and go for a rip without all the traffic and ****. In Goffstown your 5 minutes away from nice twisty country backroads.

Argo's is a nice area. You'll love NH. Live free or die, Let those who ride decide yata yata yata...............

yah i live about five minutes from Teach in Derry very nice area about 15 minutes from argos hooksetts very nice

 

Weare is Northwest of MAnchester

03281 is the zip, check mapquest. I know a really good realtor and a mortgage broker that can hook you up with no PMI even with only 5% down.
