I am so wrong is so many ways but I might be buying a house
I made a final offer on a house last night. I find out at noon if they accept today. Me and this guy been going back and forth for a week trying to agree on a price. Next thing I know he tells me to get lost and some other couple is getting a home inspection in 45 minutes. I call his bluff and drive over to the house to see if this person is getting a home inspection. Guess what they were. I was so pissed that I waited too long and was hassling him over another $5k. With a sad face I started to drive away.
Then it happened. The voices in my head started to talk to me. It was not the good voice but the evil one. He said Michael you can not let the couple buy this house. So next thing you know I hit the brakes make a U-turn and head back to the house. I stop and the couple is outside with the home inspector. I ask for the home inspector’s business card because I was in the market for a home in the area. I told the couple I looked at this house and thought it was a good deal until I found out the gas station down the street has a gas leak and some of the wells are contimated with mbte. You should have seen their face drop.
For some reason the guy selling the house called me up a few hours later and asked if I still wanted the house. For some reason the other couple backed out. :YEAH
Just if you are wondering there was no gas leak from the gas station down the road.

Where is the house at? I found a sweet condo here in Newport for $125K, which is really good. With insurance and condo fees, I would only be paying $200 a month more than I pay now. But it sold before I could get my financing together.

I got screwed. I made the offer for 275k and then they come back wanting 5k more. I told them I am going down there to shove the front door up his ***. At first he said he would sell it for 275k and now he wants 280k. I told him to sign somthing for 280k and I will believe it. Mother ****ers!!! On a good note all the homes around mine are going for 500k. SO with a little hard work this can be a great place.

It has two green house
2 car attched with huge workshop in the back to work on bikes
then has a seperate build that also can fit two cars and that has a green house also.

daisy then I am going to sell them on Saturday and Sunday on the front yard. We need to talk and you need to study about zoning and tax breaks. Since I am zoned for argculture can I get a lama as a tax write off?

No go on the house. It needs a new well. Since I am spending all I have on the house I do not have any money to drill a new well $8k. Anybody know anyone who drills wells and can hook me up?
