Jamie can you come close to 4.875 that I am getting from wells fargo on a 30 year fixed? I wll contact you Wednesday if this offer goes through.

any supermarket, call them up, banana boxes and tomatoe boxes have good sturdy handles and you can stand on them and they won't crumble. As for the trailer, shoudn't be a problem, I just need to get a tab welded back on so the gate latches.
