Digital still or Video

I'm trying to decide what I should buy a still camera or video. In relation to riding I think the video would be better, simply because I can mount it to the bike and record some cool shoits. With a still camera i would have to have someone else taking the pictures, which is only really possible at a track or if you're staying in one place for something such as stunting.

Tough question Jay. I like still pictures because you tend to look at them more. Of all the videos I have taken I barley ever watch them. I would like to buy another ****** G5 for myself to use. How much are you looking to spend? The problem with a video camera is that the only work well during the day or with a bright light. I find most of the times I bring my camera out is during the night. Also who wants to hold onto the video camera all the time at a party? Then again who wants to leave their video camera on the counter for someone else to steal?
I think ChrisF4 has the best deal. It is a small camera that he keeps in his pocket. Look at all the cool pictures he has taken with that thing. It was only possible because it is so small and he can keep it in his pocket.
Maybe get a camera that has a 5 minute video record option?

I pride myself on the small things that I carry around in my pants.

Yes but you need to keep it on lock so you do not get in trouble.

d00t, a picture of kyle woods on my bike in my gear wouldn't make me look like a good stunter.
