so basically, she wants $117,900 for the unit. A land lease of $279 and condo fee of $132? Plus, $1700/yr in property taxes and home owners insurance. That is one expensive unit and it's in friggin Nashua? HolyHousePayments.com

Lata,
Bri

yeah, but no land lease charge. That's an extra $300 a month for someone else's land. Then you're paying property tax too? EFF THAT!!

I'll pay the land lease if I can build a 50 track and set up a tent.

That is strange, why would you pay property tax on something you do not own. Also you notice you have the option to buy the land in 2010. At what price? What you can not afford the land then take you house and get it off my property.

The sad thing is that in her complex theses things sell like hot cakes. Similiar ones with no land lease are going for 140 up here. It sucks. I just read an article on Sunday that in NH the average starter home is 211k.

Actual payments for this would be:

118k @ 6%= 707. 46 per month
279.00 Land Lease
132.00 Condo fees
1700/12= 141.66 taxes

total =1260 per month

I know. Let's stop all this Caryl bashing.

I'm sure what she is asking is perfectly acceptable in the current market conditions. We just have to face the facts that real estate in this area is freakin' ridiculous and overpriced.

190k for a town house in Lowell? Forget about it.
Besides the price my condo association sucks. They are always yelling or complaining about me.

Bri and I are going to get a multi family. Why we work on our bikes and go rip it off you and Camille can stay at home and cook for us.
