Anyone see this...

Haverhill--

'A New Hampshire man's leg was severed in a motorcycle accident on Rt 495 yesterday afternoon.

Police said Keith M. Desantes Jr. of 67 Windham Rd, Pelham, NH suffered the leg injury and was taken to Lawrence General Hospital. Desantes was transferred to Mass General Hospital in Boston, where his condition was not available last night. A hospital spokesman said Desantes was being evaluated by doctors.

Police are investigating reports that Desantes and other motorcyclists were doing wheelies on the highway shortly before the accident happened at 2:30 pm. No charges had been filed as of last night.

State police Trooper Donald Twombly is investigating.'

I sawed it. Read it in another paper... said he was 25 yrs. old. That's a crying shame. Don't think I know him though, and didn't say what kinda bike he was on.

I hate hearing **** like that. I guess it's a reality check every now and then though, and that's necessary for some of us that believe that we're invincible.

Hope it was the right leg..

Hey he can look at the bright side...if it was his right leg then he can still ride. He can still use his left for shiftin and he can use the front brakes. Sweet! Guy he is allset! Not a big deal! Once he losses his right arm he will be eff'd!
