i was just across the street at my neighbors house and his buddy from up the street was over on his brand new 400 ex and he was out in the street frolicking around doin popawheelies and things of that nature. when all of a sudden a disgruntled off duty police officer flys up and blocks this kid in my friends driveway and jumps out and says. ihope you live here, give me your lic. and reg. NOW. the kid replies na i dont live here, but heres my lic. he takes some paper work out of his truck and continues this by calling his buddy who just happend to be on duty and had him swing by and finish this little altercation with a ticket and a free tow to the impound. i think this is complete

That is completely BS. I can't believe they are able to do that. That is so not right. Friggin cops gotta love it. The power goes right to their heads. Unbelievable.
