I think this is it guy...

I cant imagine the bulb would be any different than the one in a ZX12R. I have checked on a 2000 and 2001 manual and the part number is the same. I do know that the headlights are the same so here is the part number for the center bulb and its recepticle it goes in.

Bulb part number : 92069A
Recepticle : 23008

If all you need is the bulb forget the bottom number guy. Good luck
