Re: Teacher Teacher

O and your brother's bed frame is under my garage. I noticed it this weekend. I am going to use it for my guest room.

Re: Teacher Teacher

Oh I like this kind of thread.

Teach,
1.) I need that tool for an hour or two today.
2.) I also need a VFR800 shifter ASAP, If argos has one I will pay top dollar, but I need it quick.
3.) I have to pick up my tire warmers from you sometime this week.
4.) What's the best way for me to break in that engine at the track. How should I run it. I should be there for the friday practices week after this one. The engine has 200 miles on it.

Re: Teacher Teacher

a. i will try and get the tool tonight or tommorrow night. probably tomm when shawn is working.

b. i dont think i can get a shifter. do you want me to order one from naults?

c. I will get the warmers to YOU. you let me borrow them, don't go out of your way to get them, they willcome to you.

d. just ride it, forget about break in...loudon will do that for you. you should change the oil/filter before you ride it though, and then after the first hard day of riding, just to be safe.

e. call me, the alphabet is getting too long

Re: Teacher Teacher

Ordering the shifter from Naults isn't going to help me. Even if they promised that I would have it by this Thursday, it wouldn't come in till next tuesday and when it did it would be a shifter for a honda shadow spirit 1100.

i'm glad i'm not the only one who thinks they suck!!

gotta order from Herb or Mitch...i send business to no one else.

i'll check on the shifter at Argos, but that is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Re: Teacher Teacher

I ordered one myself and paid a premium for overnight shipping. Double the cost of the part.

As soon as you can get your hands on that tool let me know. I'm want to get this thing going ASAP in case I run into any snags, I don't want to be scrambling on friday afternoon before my flight, or show up at the racetrack for the second weekend with an unrideable bike.
