aghhhh im bored as **** right now, got to workin on my fairing stay and well **** if i didnt know that the piece of metal i was bending sucked and i need thicker. but i have no car so i cant get this **** yet . god damnit!!!. wait i can start to do my cage ,rant over.

I'll take a fairing stay while you got nothing to do. I'll put a 'zann' sticker on my bike if you make me one.

 

lets see how mine comes out and how strong it will be , after i crash test my own product i will have a review and then have some 1 off pieces for fans ohh and stickers too. on the real after its fisihsed ill post some pics and for say 50 bucks i could make one if you like but thats without paint .paint will be an extra 10 buckaroos buddy.

let me know, the one for my 600RR is broken, If you're making them stronger than stock I'm interested. Do you have a design drawn up I can take a look at?

 

well no no design, what i did was take the original and make paper templates for each individual part, then i had some flat sheet stock layn around ,and i had to go get some tube stock. pretty much i finihsed my **** tonight,and other than one bend that makes the front of the fairing not astheticly pleasing it should be pimp and very strong ill post a pic in a few days when its bolted to the bike.
ill take more tiime and care if its someone elses stuf so dant hate on my ugly design. its my first one ya know.lol

sounds good. I don't care how pretty it is. Some of the racing stays I hear aren't even as strong as the stock one. I'm looking for something that works not something that's pretty. Take some pics before you mount it up too.

 

jay, the racing ones suck...they are alumnum for less weight, but usually bend with any crash that touches the upper...try a zannimation fabrication!
