Most DON'T work

Myself, one co-worker, and one of our customers all got 05KLX110's(I work at bike shop in the parts dept)

Most of the 2 brothers crap we got in don't work

-folding shift lever-DIDN'T fit(neither did Moose's). Problem-Kawasaki kept the same diameter shifter shaft(all the seals ore the same) BUT changed the splines

-Engine covers fit BUT the "gold" hardware that comes with them DOESN'T

-Big Nutz Gas caps-lettering is nowhere close to lining up to be readable if your sitting on the bike-called the company-"Agghhh, its done at random-but we are changing it." Ask if I can send mine back for a new one-"NO". I am sorry but $50 for a friggin gas cap, it better look good(plus the machining on the top sucked)

-I ordered a -1 front sprokets, don't have any and no ETA

-My black graphics-less than a week back order-call after a week - "Aggghh-no idea, maybe sometime though"

-THEN tonights problem. Got a +2 rear sprocket and EK gold chain, come home swap out sprockets, measure and cut chain, DOESN'T fit. I think-I F'ed this up. BUT I look at the rear sprocket and the chain won't ride on it! The teeth are to close together!

Forgot to add

My co-workers Pit boss air filter's rubber flange cracked the whole way around and the filter almost fell off. They weren't going to warrenty it until he started bitching on the phone to them.(wonder if mines going to break-don't have that many hours on it)

I can not wait till I go to work on Monday and call these fuggers

what are you guys doin with klx'x anyway all you need is a fiddy

 

got a fiddy, its set up for stuntin on the streets. I was going to get another one to set up for mini mx, but by the time you add a big bore, frame it gets very $$$. Now that they have stuff out for the 110's, I can set one up cheaper than a fiddy-plus covert it over to motard too

For got to add to my bitch about there stuff(and can be seen in that pic of the motards, how the throttle cable is set and how those ppl fixed the problem-which seems back assward to turn your throttle tube that much)

put the 2bro bar kit on with longer brake cable(no instuctions) and the front brake didn't work, cable was to long.

I had to take the lever (by the hub) off and click it down a few nocks(not good mby kawa terms b/c its suppose to be set at a certian degree) to get it ot work
