HAVE YOU EVER GRABED THE FRONT BREAK, AND THEN FOR SOME WEIRD REASON THE BACK TIRE COMES OFF THE GROUND

in all seriousness I busted my *** pretty hard yesterday on my fiddy. Im trying to learn the rear brake and when the front came up too high my first instinct was to put my feet down and i ate it like a sack of potatos

Try just pulling up a wheelie then just hit the back brake. just keep doing this until you get used to it. once you get the hang of it you will be using it all the time and wont even realize it. Plus it helps you fight the instinct to bail having the front wheel to high.

Yeah thats what i was trying to do. thing is I dont know how much pressure to apply on the rear brake so i was experimenting. I think imma go experiment in the park near my house i could fall on grass

You can also try tightening up your rear brake it helps with the pressure, but probably going to drop the front wheel to the ground rather than just pull it down to bp.
