anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?
Re: anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?
I hate to say this.....but the FI bar is a little pricey - but you pay for quality I guess.
I have had mine for a year now and never bent the subframe.
the replaceable plates are a plus.
it is lazered cut...
*OH - I traded a 50 frame for mine back in the day.

as far as the bar goes....
if you really suk bad...get one from brian...you could park a bus on it and not fall over....its 14 inches wide
if you semi-suck get the FI... 8-10 inches wide, still really big...it get the legs sometimes.....still a really nice made bar...just to pricey
if you like a nice sleek **adjustable** bar....GET THE BAKER....
That is the ONLY bar I will ever RIDE....CANT BEAT THE PRICE OR QUALITY!!
there new style is nice...but im still fan of the older one
trust me on this one...you dont need a replaceable plate!!!
Re: anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?
i always got alittle wobbyly flyin in to park a 12 on just the normal lenghth of the baker bar so i put a little longer plate on it to help keep it stable still falls over pretty bad though so i guess i semi suck Re: anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?

Re: anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?
actually robbie, it looks to me like the $34 'half bar' is called the 'half bar' because it's designed to go with the existing subframe mount, like an upgrade from the 'old style' 12 bar...

Any Bay Area 50 riders down for a taho 50 weekend trip? I know a few local taho 50 riders and some killer trails up there by the lake.
We can hit up the 50s during the day in the snow, then the Casinos at night. maybe roll the 50s to the clubs.
Anyone down?
Re: anyone got a hookup for the FI 12 bar?
Adam - you can see me at the end of one of the vids on JFC doing a high chair 12. then I fall over....lol *Edit - I thought you were talking about robbies posted pic oh the high chair.
snow wheelies - i think we have a video up of that when it snowed down here last year - somewhere
Replaceable plate not needed. ?
I have replced mine twice and Zac replaced his three times I think. I guess it all depends on what tricks you can do and what type of surface you stunt on. *Meaning - black top does not war them out that quick - rough concrete will wera them out quicker.
But again - it all depends on what tricks you can do.
