Hey...since I got stiff springs in my front end when I brake with my front brake the front wheel would always turn left...So I started to use my back brake alot...but I noticed that the back brake was very small so I thought about bolting on a piece of metal to make it longer..Well one day it was raining and I got creative and made a Iron cross shaped peice that would bolt over my foot brake to make it a biger surface to brake ..and it worked GREEAT..my freinds got jealouse so I made 2 more for my freinds and they love it just as much as I do...In the pic it shows in kinda close to the engine but u can move it out so that theres a extra inch of braking surface..well heres more info and pics.. its the "iron cross brake" on the products listed parts here on 50ccracing.com...here is is... http://50ccracing.com/your_product_here.htm if interested you can IM me at sk8r4life180 at AIM or use the contact i gave on that page on 50cc racing....thanks for your time... :YEAH

Thanks....Well A new foot brake costs 100 so its not that bad..it takes me 2 hours to make...If you dont have somthing nice to say shut up...

My pipe looks hot hope it doesnt burn my leg, that cement looks hard hope I dont cut my self open when I fall on it cuz im doing wheelies to fast, that sprocket looks like it could cut my finger off if it was to fall on me ....You cant be worried if your ride a bike..***** gonna happen wear jeans and youll have half the problems you could encounter...

 

LOL your right... i'm gonna weld some razor blades onto my wheels too. Dude I understand your point ya can get hurt doing this, but why put something that well add to the danger/pain on your bike. If ya like it cool, i'm just saying it looks like a big leg eater to me, if i wanted a bigger brake i'd put a circle plate on it or something instead of a cross with sharp points

dont worry about the haters...there just jealous they didnt think of it 1st...my buddy has a super ghetto way, urs is nice..i would just use a more rectangle shape and a bolt and be done with it in minutes. you dont want any metal objects pointing towards the cases..that is the only flaw.

 

I know...I guess it could be dangerous but i never got hurt on it..its not that sharp after im done with it cuz i grind down the edges...so far no people like it...I have no money so I thought I might as well try to get a little cash to buy some parts for my 50 but I guess no one likes it so w.e ...it was worth a try...I think It looks cool and I like it regardless of waht people say...thanks latazzzz

and to your dis advantage
your right there are risks in getting into the tub,getting out is even more riskier
but those are called accepted risks,your idea is a great idea,but read what people are saying,if not your leg then definately your side cover is toast if you lay it over hatd on that side and happen to miss your leg,not to drabble on how to fix it where the idea and function come together
my idea added to yours is put a border around it flatened at the case
just like the peg you bolted it to the it would harm neither your leg or your case.... just my two cents worth but a good idea

 

Belive me you are not sniping the metal I made it our if with any cutter ..its really thick galvanized steel......I only got a dremel with a cut off blade so it takes forever...and to perfect it it takes longe r...

 

maybe you shoud get a cnc machine u can make 1000's in 2 hr

You got a good idea but way to much money when you consider the joker machine model. I have one and love it due to the size and quality of the product.

 

IMO I would opt for the joker extender it looks less threatening and a lot more refined for the money. Throw some powdercoat on it and clean it up some and you may be onto something.

The only thing it really needs are sharp spikes so your feet dont slip off. j/k

ok...You could not cut it out in 2 min with a broken dremel that overheats and doesnt work good and with cut off blades that break every 30 seconds so shut up homo ...All you guys talk **** like you could make somthin 10 times better and I dont see nething so unless you make one that looks cooler shut the **** up ....I came to this site to learn about 50s not to get talked **** to ..I am leaving this site thanks to all you dicks...that you..the few people that were nice...and all yall hataz can go suck a dick..im out 1!!!!! :YEAH
